Can I download the videos?
Most videos are only available online and cannot be saved to your computer or kept beyond the rental period. In the future some videos will be available as a download but the site is in beta and this is not yet an option. Alternately, you can join Bright Desire which does offer downloads.
Is it streaming video?
Most videos within the VOD begin loading almost immediately after you hit play, very similar to Vimeo or Youtube videos. You can skip around within the video, although there may be a small lag while the stream catches up.
Will I only be charged once?
The video rentals are one-off fees. Once you rent a video, there are no further charges.
Do I need any special software or technical information?
No. The site should work fine within your browser. You will need a decent broadband internet connection and good connectivity for the videos to stream smoothly.
Will it work on my smartphone?
The videos are responsive and will work on PCs and Macs within regular internet browsers and on most mobile devices, including Apple, Samsung and Google devices, via their browser apps.
What format are the videos in?
The videos are primarily in mp4 (H264) format with backups in Ogg Vorbis and Webm formats. The site makes use of HTML5 video.
How do I pay?
This site accepts most major credit cards. We are unable to accept Paypal due to their restrictions on adult content.
Will my credit card statement say that I visited a porn site?
No. You will receive a bill from Baeronaut LLC.
Who can I contact if I have a problem?
